For nearly 20 years, Paolo served in children’s ministry alongside his wife Gladys, helping guide and mentor children through their formative years. For part of that journey, their daughter also joined them in ministry. Gladys has spent the last 31 years leading a non-traditional Preschool to Grade 6 school serving an urban poor community.

Alongside his ministry work, Paolo brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across industries including consumer goods, healthcare, IT, construction, and telecommunications. His background includes strategic planning, operational excellence, and transformative leadership across diverse organizational settings.

Stephen lives deep in Mexican cartel-controlled turf. His years of work there have earned him the respect of local leaders. He runs a winning semi-pro soccer team where he is a phenomenal mentor for his players — children coming out of dark and hopeless circumstances. He uses soccer as a means to provide an education and a way out of the life of the cartels.

Precious is a seasoned social worker with over 20 years of experience in humanitarian and development work across the Philippines and the Myanmar-Thailand border, focusing on children’s rights and protection, peacebuilding, conflict transformation, disaster response, and community development. Currently serving with JPP, she is deeply committed to developing healthy and transformational leaders who can influence and build the next generation of leaders among at-risk children and communities in conflict-affected and trafficked spaces.

Zoe is an agriculturist, farmer, and frontline missionary with a deep love for children and youth in conflict areas. Together with his wife Ghen, he served in Cambodia and Laos from 2003–2012, building relationships and investing in communities often overlooked. Passionate about pioneering work and the message of Love Your Enemy (LYE), Zoe believes transformation begins through presence, trust, and raising young people to become leaders who bring peace and hope to the next generation. He and Ghen are raising their son, Life, while continuing to serve communities across Southeast Asia.

Paco and Elisa have dedicated their lives to serving children and families in Mexico through ministry, leadership development, and community outreach. Through Saved by Soccer, they work to provide children with mentorship, education support, and a safe environment that helps keep them away from the dangers of violence and drug cartels affecting their communities. Alongside their family, they are passionate about using faith, sports, and discipleship to bring hope and opportunity to the next generation.
