LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT
At INfire, we believe true empowerment strengthens entire cultures, which is why we develop vulnerable children, local leaders, and community members into justice-centered leaders equipped with education, life skills, and the values of peacemaking. In conflict-affected regions where unmet needs fuel violence, we partner with churches, professionals, and NGOs to provide training, mentoring, and resources that protect children, prevent exploitation, and break cycles of harm by keeping children rooted in their communities and education.
Our local leaders bridge governments and indigenous communities, build sustainable businesses, and model faith, raising the next generation of peacemakers and entrepreneurial justice leaders. Even when facing rebel commanders, traffickers, and cartel leaders, we lead with courageous love through our Love Your Enemy program, believing every person is capable of transformation. These same principles empower individuals everywhere to resolve conflict and lead with compassion, prayer, and action in their own communities.

Education can mean the difference between a child being recruited into conflict or escaping poverty to build a meaningful future, and in regions without access to learning, children and communities remain trapped in cycles of violence and instability. We use education as both a point of access and a powerful form of protection—because the more skilled and educated a child becomes, the less vulnerable they are to exploitation—through schools, mentoring, spiritual guidance, scholarships, and high-impact hands-on work programs.
Our commitment extends beyond primary education; in places like Mexico, we have supported more than 200 young adults through university, equipping them to become teachers, pastors, and leaders who influence their generation and strengthen their communities for years to come.
